The PoolRx Booster is used to replace Minerals that are lost through backwash and splash-out or in conjunction with a PoolRX Unit for pools that are up to 20,000 gallons. If your pool is larger than 20,000 gallons and uses the PoolRx Extreme you may need an additional booster. You can visit the table in unit section of the PoolRx website. It is important to have the right mineral levels in your pool for the system to be completely effective. The PoolRx booster is simply placed in the skimmer, then used to replace Minerals that are lost through backwash and splashed-out. The PoolRX Booster Mineral Bucket contains 20 Boosters.

The PoolRx Booster, by the bucket – equivalent to 20 booster units. These are booster minerals for the continuously effective algae eliminator PoolRx Mineral Unit. Used to replace the minerals in the specially treated alloy cylinder, the minerals made up of a proprietary blend in the unit dissolve out of the cylinder that helps form a steady residual throughout the pool or spa for up to 6 months. This replacement product will reintroduce the necessary amount of minerals to continue to eliminate algae from the water.
