Once an order is placed, the payment method used on that specific order cannot be modified. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Currently, we accept Visa and MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept checks or money orders. We accept cash on in-store payments only. We process all of our payments securely through Stripe. All payments are secured through 128 Bit secured socket layer transmission (SSL).
All items are final sales. Chlorine Solutions does not accept returns on any items and is not responsible for packages returned to our partner shops by the carrier. PoolYoda does not offer refunds on any orders unless there was an error in the making of your order. In this instance, please contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org. A member of our team will report the issue to our partner shop and they will provide a resolution. Each inquiry is handled on a case-by-case basis.
If your package was damaged due to carrier mishandling, thus causing damage to the contents, please contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of delivery at email@example.com with photos and details about your damaged order. We will open an investigation with the carrier. We handle these inquiries on a case-by-case basis.
